1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products purchased directly through LeapCity under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Defective or damaged pet food is eligible, even if opened.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used pet food, unless defective or damaged.

  • Gift cards, promotional coupons, and clearance/sale items.


2. How to Return a Product

We will provide step-by-step return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Inspection and approval of the returned item

  • Refund processed and confirmation sent via email

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit provider to process the funds

🟡 Partial Refunds:

We may issue a partial refund if:

  • The item is returned damaged or used, or

  • The product is missing parts not due to our error


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

You can choose between:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

We’ll cover all associated shipping costs for these returns.


5. Exchanges

LeapCity does not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Return the original item as outlined above

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

We’ll process your return promptly upon receiving the item.


6. Order Cancellations

Customers pay for return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • Product defects

  • Shipping errors by LeapCity

📦 Original Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
